Return Policy

We pride ourselves in carrying the highest quality of personalized gifts and hope you love everything you order from us! Unfortunately since most of our items are personalized, we are unable to accept a return on most items.

If your item is not personalized and does not fall under our non-returnable items (see below), you can contact us directly for a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. If you wish to return an item, please send us an email at hello@modernmonogramgifts.com with your order number and we will provide you with instructions and a return address to mail your items back to. At this time we do not offer return labels; you will be given our warehouse address and must return the items at your discretion. We recommend using UPS, FedEx, or USPS to mail the merchandise back to us, as these are the most frequently used shipping carriers who provide tracking information for shipments.

ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE:

  • Personalized, customized, or engraved orders. If an order has been personalized at all, we cannot accept a return on it.
  • Wearable items, such as shirts, hats, robes, shoes, jewelry, etc.
  • Closeout, clearance, or sale items.
  • Edible items or consumable items (includes disposable cameras).
  • Personal care products such as lotion, soap, etc.

You have 30 days after the date of delivery to contact us for a return authorization and mail the items back to us. All items must be in original, resellable condition.

Who pays shipping on a return?

Original shipping charges and return charges are non-refundable. If you used a free shipping coupon code on your order, the actual cost of the shipping charge for your order will be deducted from your refund. You are subject to the original shipping charges and responsible for paying them.

All returns must have the return authorization (RA) number clearly written or posted on the outside of your package. We will include this information with your return instructions after you contact us for an RA. No returns will be accepted or credited without an issued RA. Under no circumstances do we accept returns past 30 days (one month) calculated from your delivery date.

Any items that were damaged in transit back to us will not receive a refund. Please insure your parcel back to us, as we will not be able to offer you credit on any merchandise which was damaged in return transit.
