Are your items personalized for free?
Yes! Here at Modern Monogram Gifts, we pride ourselves on offering affordable, personalized gifts for everyone on your shopping list. Most of our products are personalized free of charge, however some products may require a fee for certain customization options, and some of our products are not personalized at all. See individual product pages for additional information.
What if my item arrives with the wrong personalization?
If you received an item with an error in personalization that is on our part, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order if there is an error in personalization. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of your item/incorrect personalization. We can only replace items that are claimed within 7 business days of delivery. Please double check your personalization before ordering, and check your email confirmation after you submit the order to ensure everything is correct.
I want my item personalized differently than what is shown on your site.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept custom logos or artwork for our personalized items. We can only personalize as shown on the product on our site.
