How do I make a purchase?

Our online store is set up so you can easily purchase personalized products! Simply refer to the additional photos/item details/description for your personalization options, and enter your customization accordingly on the item page (if applicable). Then, click on the 'add to cart' button. After you've added your item, you may continue shopping, or checkout.

What are my payment options?

We accept payment via all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.

What is the currency for prices on your site?

All of our prices are automatically listed in United States Dollars (USD). You can change this to Canadian Dollars (CAD) by selecting from the drop down menu at the very top right of our website.

Will my items be taxed?

Orders shipping to New Jersey are subject to 6.625% sales tax. Orders shipped to Canada may have taxes, duties, brokerage, or VAT due upon delivery. These charges are NOT calculated on our website and are NOT included in your shipping charges. They are your, the customer's, responsibility. We are unable to calculate these rates; if you need further information, please contact your local taxation department.

Can I order via telephone?

At this time our customer service team is only available via live chat and email, so we are unable to accept phone orders.

Do you accept rush orders?

Most of our items ship within 3-5 business days. If you need an item to ship sooner, please contact us at hello@modernmonogramgifts.com for further assistance.

Is ordering online on your site secure?

Yes. Our entire site is encrypted and secure with SSL security for complete protection of your personal and financial information.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We can usually accept any cancellations or changes within 1 business day of submitting your order. However, sometimes orders begin processing faster than usual, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or make any changes once an order is submitted.

Will I receive an email confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is submitted, we will email you a confirmation so you can review your item, quantity, personalization, shipping, and billing information. We will also email you tracking information once your order ships.
